Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support medically fragile children in our Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) program in Bartow, FL. This part-time role offers meaningful, one-on-one pediatric care under the supervision of our nursing leadership.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, daily living activities, monitoring vitals, and documenting care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Active, unrestricted CNA certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum one year of experience caring for infants and toddlers.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living (feeding, hygiene, toileting, positioning, mobility).
• Monitor patient status and report concerns to nursing staff.
• Measure and document vital signs as directed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment.
