Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Jacksonville, FL is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to support medically fragile children in our PPEC program. You will work under the supervision of RNs to provide compassionate, hands-on care tailored to each child’s health, safety, and development.

We offer full-time and part-time roles with flexible scheduling, competitive pay of $25k-$35k annually, a strong benefits package, ongoing training, and a mission-driven, nurse-founded team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Active CNA certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum one year of experience caring for infants and toddlers.
• Successful completion of all required screenings and clearances.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Assist with activities of daily living including feeding, hygiene, toileting, positioning, and mobility.
• Monitor patient status and promptly report concerns to nursing staff.
• Measure and document vital signs as directed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy care environment.
• Support infection control and safety protocols.
• Assist in transporting and accompanying children to and from the PPEC facility.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Participate in ongoing training, competencies, and in-service education.
• Support children’s physical, emotional, and developmental needs with compassion and professionalism.
