Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current CMA/CCMA/RMA certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Room patients, obtain and document vital signs, chief complaints, and relevant medical history.
• Partner with providers to support patient care, assist with clinical workflows, and ensure efficient patient visits.
• Perform point-of-care testing (POCT) and document results in EMR.
• Manage provider inbox including patient messages, prescriptions, lab results, and follow-up communications.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and coordinate care activities to support quality outcomes.

Education
