Qualifications

• Knowledge of health care field and medical terminology (Required).
• Knowledge of chronic disease management (Required).
• Knowledge of and ability to utilize internal and external resources (Required).
• Expertise in patient advocacy and navigating complex systems (Required).

Responsibilities

• Provides whole care to patients during office visits, including intake, tests, results, and care gaps documentation.
• Performs clinical intake such as screenings, history, vital signs, and medication reconciliation.
• Maintains OSHA compliance and office safety policies.
• Monitors inventory and ensures supplies and functioning equipment.
• Assists with minor procedures and documents results accurately.
• Educates patients on tests, medications, and diet with clear instructions.
• Supports staff and patients by ensuring smooth office workflow and patient prep.
