Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in clinical research or related field.
• At least 3 years of postgraduate clinical research coordination experience.
• Experience with OnCore and Epic for clinical research purposes.
• Knowledge of GCP and US federal regulations for clinical research.
• Experience with interventional investigational drug trials.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficient in generating reports and handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate complex investigational drug clinical trials.
• Supervise clinical research coordinators and manage staff schedules.
• Ensure data quality, participant safety, and study regulatory compliance.
