• With no degree, 5+ years of specific clinical research administration experience.

• Oversee and manage all aspects of clinical research programs.
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, regulatory requirements, and institutional policies.
• Coordinate with SHC staff, investigators, and sponsors to recruit and safeguard data.
• Provide day-to-day management of the clinical research program and promote data quality.
