Responsibilities

• Directs and manages the Clinical Research Operations unit.
• Supervises the coordinator pool of RNs and other professionals.
• Provides clinical trial coordination and nurse coordination for studies.
• Ensures staffing and resource allocation to meet study needs.
• Maintains professional development opportunities for staff.
• Coordinates PCRU activities and monthly reporting to leadership.
• Liaises with UAMS and AC Research Coordinators for collaborations.
• Complies with applicable regulations and continuing education requirements.
