Job summary

Michigan Medicine in Ann Arbor seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to lead day-to-day implementation of complex pediatric critical care studies, ensuring adherence to GCP and regulatory requirements. This position reports to the Clinical Research Project Manager and oversees multi-site studies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science, 5+ years of clinical research experience, and certification eligibility or achievement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Health Science or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of directly related clinical research experience.
Experience with regulatory submissions, IRB processes, and research compliance.
Certification through ACRP SOCRA or equivalent, or eligible to obtain within 6 months.
Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day implementation of study protocols and regulatory adherence.
Coordinate activities across investigators, research staff, clinical teams, and stakeholders.
Develop processes and workflows to support efficient study execution.
Monitor study progress, timelines, enrollment, and key metrics, reporting to leadership.
Assist with start-up, ongoing conduct, and close-out activities as appropriate.
