Job summary

Shriners Children’s is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator, Level 2, to oversee and ensure compliance of clinical research activities across SHC sites. You will support protocol development, subject recruitment, and data safeguards while coordinating with investigators and sponsors.

You will help maintain regulatory standards, manage data quality, and protect participant safety in pediatric research, reporting to the Research Programs Office at SHC International Headquarters.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in clinical research administration if no Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years clinical research experience in site or IRB settings.
• Experience with electronic health records or research databases.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements.
• Track study, investigator, and IRB information; monitor recruitment and finances.
• Coordinate data collection, analysis, and dissemination of results.
• Ensure patient safety and data privacy; uphold Belmont Report and GCP standards.
• Liaise between researchers, sponsors, and SHC leadership.
