Job summary

Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, NY seeks a Research Associate to support NIH-funded clinical trials and pediatric research within the PEDS - Division Of General Pediatrics. Under direct supervision, you will coordinate study activities, recruit and follow participants, and ensure compliance with GCP and study protocols.

The role includes data management, regulatory documentation, sponsor communications, and collaboration with clinical teams and community partners to drive study

Qualifications

BS degree required; MS preferred.
4–6 years of experience using office and statistical software.
Experience in clinical and community-based research, pediatric experience preferred.
Proficiency in REDCap, SPSS, SAS, or Stata is preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily research operations and scheduling.
Recruit, screen, enroll, consent, and follow study participants.
Collect, manage, validate, and analyze research data for accuracy and compliance.
Assist with IRB submissions, regulatory documentation, and study files.
Maintain communication with investigators, staff, participants, families, and sponsors.
Support literature reviews, statistical analyses, and grant-related materials.
