A leading integrated health system seeks an experienced professional to manage pediatric programs and clinical registries. Responsibilities include developing new programs, coordinating interdisciplinary teams, and optimizing registry utilization. Ideal candidates have strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. This position supports essential healthcare initiatives aimed at improving patient care across various locations in Massachusetts.
Hours: 40 hours per week; M-F 8:30-5 PM.
Location: Remote - candidate must be local to travel to our various locations including but not limited to Tufts Medical Center, Melrose Wakefield Hospital, Lowell General Hospital, etc.

Job Overview This position is part of an integrated, interdisciplinary team (the TMIN Pediatric One Care Team) that supports pediatric patients, their families, and their pediatricians. Works with the TMIN Pediatric One Care team to help design, implement, and evaluate pediatric programs (e.g., asthma, developmental disabilities, obesity, behavioral health, etc.). Additionally, manages patient registries for each program to track the clinical care and outcomes of individuals with chronic diseases. Ensures the integration of registry use into clinical workflows, enhances data accuracy and reporting, and supports quality improvement initiatives. Collaborates with healthcare teams to improve care coordination and helps develop pediatric disease management strategies.
