Qualifications

• Active RRT credential is required for the role.
• RRT-NPS credential is preferred to support pediatric care.
• Minimum 5+ years of pediatric and/or neonatal respiratory therapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the pediatric RT team, including staffing, scheduling, and performance management.
• Develop onboarding and competency programs for new pediatric RTs.
• Create caregiver education materials and training pathways for families.
• Drive transition-to-home and care coordination excellence with related teams.
• Conduct evaluations and provide coaching for new hires as needed.
• Serve as senior clinical escalation resource for complex pediatric cases.
