Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree.
• Completion of one year pharmacy residency.
• Equivalency: one year of pharmacy work experience accepted in lieu of residency.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Safety and Health Institute accepted).
• State of Colorado DORA Pharmacist license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to medication questions and provide drug information to support patient care.
• Sustain quality and safety initiatives; report adverse drug events via the QSRS program.
• Provide pharmaceutical care for pediatric patients through rounds, care teams, and therapeutic monitoring.
• Oversee pharmacy operations and supervise technicians, interns, residents, and students.
