Responsibilities

• Manages clinical and facility operations for 1 or more clinics.
• Creates, monitors, and analyzes budgets and productivity.
• Oversees invoices and payment requests to Accounts Payable.
• Develops staffing models and plans to support provider templates.
• Interviews, mentors, and evaluates clinic team members.
• Facilitates orientation and onboarding activities.
• Drives performance improvement and patient experience initiatives.
• Ensures compliance with licensing, safety and regulatory standards.
