Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• BLS required.
• Medication Aide certification within 6 months of hire; update every 2 years.

Mansioni

• Provides direct patient care under physician and RN/LPN supervision.
• Uses EMR to record vital signs, ROS, medications, and patient history; documents accurately.
• Ensures supplies are available and exam rooms are sterile and safe for procedures.
• Administers injections/immunizations as prescribed by providers.
• Tracks lab and procedure orders and communicates results to the care team.
• Completes patient communications and education as part of the care plan.

Formazione
