Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Pediatric Clinic Director & Investing Partner to build a new practice from the ground up. You will lead the clinical team, shape location and patient experience, and partner with Ivy Health on real estate, operations, and payer strategies.

This role blends clinical leadership with equity ownership and startup growth opportunities. You must be licensed in PT, OT, or SLP and bring prior pediatric therapy experience.

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
• Current state licensure in PT, OT, or SLP as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinical standard for the clinic.
• Help choose the market, location, service mix, and patient experience.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
• Use business and clinical information to guide responsible growth.
• Partner with Ivy Health teams across departments for support.

As a Clinic Director and Investing Partner, you’ll help shape a new clinic from the ground up—from the community and location to the team, culture, and patient experience. You’ll bring the clinical vision and local relationships. Ivy Health will bring the infrastructure, expertise, and support needed to turn that vision into a sustainable clinic.

Position Qualifications

• You must be a graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in respective state required as there is a treating component to this opportunity.
• Previous pediatric therapy experience highly preferred.
