Job summary

Ivy Pediatric Therapy invites clinicians to co-found a brand-new pediatric therapy clinic, combining clinical leadership with equity ownership. You will shape site selection, team culture, and patient experience while collaborating with Ivy Health’s infrastructure.

As a Clinic Director and Investing Partner, you’ll guide clinical standards, recruit talent, and engage referral networks, supported by leadership mentorship and startup resources for sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
• Current or pending state licensure in the respective discipline is required.
• Pediatric therapy experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and build a new clinic from the ground up with Ivy Health support.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Forge relationships with referral partners and the local community.
• Partner with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, marketing, finance, and payer contracting.
• Drive patient-centered care and brand development at the startup clinic.
