You will provide exceptional service, guide families from the first call to care initiation, and maintain relationships with pediatric healthcare professionals.

The role emphasizes accurate information gathering, adherence to HIPAA, and collaboration with the team to ensure smooth admissions and outstanding client support.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Ability to make outbound calls, emails, and faxes to meet referral quotas.
• Strong communication and listening abilities with clients and partners.
• Proficiency with computer programs including Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook, Google Drive, Salesforce, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for incoming potential patients/clients and guide families through the care process.
• Develop and maintain relationships with pediatric healthcare professionals and referral partners.
• Capture client information accurately and manage admissions in accordance with protocols.
• Assist in communicating insurance benefits and eligibility to prospective clients.
• Document communications in the CRM and collaborate with team to resolve issues.
