Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent from an APA‑accredited program.
• APA‑accredited internship completed; licensed or license‑eligible in Virginia.
• Training in clinical child and pediatric psychology; post‑doctoral experience in pediatric CL preferred.
• Strong interprofessional collaboration skills and cultural humility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the Behavioral CL program in collaboration with current staff.
• Provide psychological evaluations for children and adolescents with medical/surgical concerns.
• Conduct short‑term interventions for inpatients or ED admissions.
• Provide consultation to medical teams.
• Offer outpatient evaluation and treatment in integrated care or new clinic; GI focus preferred.
• Teach fellows, residents, and medical students.
• Participate in departmental and health system committees.
