Job summary

• Master's degree in Nursing for NP track.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day management of critically ill pediatric patients in CICU.
• Collaborate with cardiac intensivists, cardiologists, surgeons, fellows, and staff.
• Perform advanced assessment, diagnostics, and clinical decision-making within APP scope.
• Participate in CICU education, case presentations, quality reviews, and lectures.
• Mentor trainees, students, and other healthcare professionals.
• Cover CICU shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Engage in quality improvement, research, and professional development.
