CVS Health is seeking a pediatric case manager in Louisiana to coordinate all case management activities, evaluate medical needs and facilitate overall wellness. You will develop strategies to address issues and enhance member wellness through integration and ensure compliance with clinical policies.

Ideal candidates hold active RN licensure, have case management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 125 miles for field days.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Louisiana parishes Region-1: Orleans, Jefferson, St. Bernard and Plaquemines.
• Current/Active RN licensure.
• Case management experience in healthcare.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem solving.
• Excellent communication and telephonic skills.
• Motivational interviewing skills and rapport building.
• Ability to travel within 125 miles round trip for 1 day.
• Time management and regulatory/documentation excellence.
• Pediatric experience.
