CareGivers America is hiring compassionate caregivers to support children in their homes. No experience is needed — we’ll train you and help you become a certified Home Health Aide (HHA).

This is meaningful, one-on-one care where you truly make a difference in a child’s daily life. Earn $14.75/hour with paid training and flexible schedules. Training and certification are provided, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 supervision and support to children in a safe, in-home setting.
• Assist with daily living skills, including hygiene, meals, and routine care as needed.
• Implement and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior support plans (BIPs).
• Facilitate structured, age-appropriate activities that promote skill development.
• Support positive behavior strategies and maintain a consistent, safe environment.

Job Requriements:

• Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nurses Aide (CNA) certificate preferred
• Willingness to work in Wilkes-Barre, Factoryville, Hanover Township, Wyoming, Pittston Township, Hazelton, or Luzerne County
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients location

What You’ll Do:

• Provide 1:1 supervision and support to children in a safe, in-home setting
• Assist with daily living skills, including hygiene, meals, and routine care as needed
• Implement and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior support plans (BIPs)
• Facilitate structured, age-appropriate activities that promote skill development
• Support positive behavior strategies and maintain a consistent, safe environment
• Frequent standing and walking, assisting members with daily activities, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
