Job summary

CareGivers America seeks compassionate pediatric caregivers to support children in their homes. No experience needed—we provide training and help you become a certified Home Health Aide (HHA). This is meaningful, one-on-one care where you can make a difference in a child’s daily life.

Earn $14.75/hr with paid training and certifications, plus flexible schedules (full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts) and benefits (medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k)).

Qualifications

• HHA or CNA certification preferred.
• Willingness to work in Wilkes-Barre, Factoryville, Hanover Township, Wyoming, Pittston Township, Hazelton, or Luzerne County.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 supervision and support to children in a safe, in-home setting.
• Assist with daily living skills, including hygiene, meals, and routine care as needed.
• Implement and support IEPs and behavior support plans (BIPs).
• Facilitate structured, age-appropriate activities that promote skill development.
• Support positive behavior strategies and maintain a consistent, safe environment.
• Frequent standing and walking, assisting with daily activities and occasional lifting.
