• Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify patient problems and health care needs.
• Records findings and formulates plans and prognosis based on patient condition.
• Prescribes drugs or therapies and oversees mid-level medical staff as assigned.
• Maintains legible, confidential medical records and documents evaluations, diagnoses, and consultations.
