Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides medical patient care by interviewing, examining and treating clinical patients to meet medical needs.
• Responsible for diagnosis and treatment of acute, chronic, and long-term healthcare issues.
• Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify clinical problems and needs.
• Records physical findings and formulates plans and prognosis based on patient condition.
• Prescribes or recommends drugs or other treatments such as therapies.
• Oversees mid-level medical staff and nursing staff as assigned.
• Maintains legible, confidential medical records in accordance with standards.
• Consults with Medical Director and staff on patient care, assessment and education as needed.
• Assists in resolving complaints, requests and inquiries from patients.
