The role requires strong clinical assessment, effective communication, and a focus on quality outcomes. A Florida RN license and BLS are required, with 1 year of hospital-based case management or 5 years in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse licensure in Florida.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year hospital-based case management or 5 years in healthcare.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate care from admission to discharge with interdisciplinary teams.
