Job description

Orlando Health Medical Group is seeking a full-time Pediatric Intensivist to join our dedicated pediatric cardiac intensive care unit (CVICU). This is an excellent opportunity for a pediatric intensivist interested in a career in cardiac critical care to join a well-established multidisciplinary team of specialists caring for children with congenital heart disease. The Arnold Palmer & Winnie Palmer Hospital NICU is currently the sixth largest in the country.

The desired candidate must be BC/BE in pediatric critical care medicine, with a preference for individuals with dual training in pediatric critical care and cardiology or a year of advanced training in cardiac intensive care medicine.

In this role, the ideal candidate will collaborate with the CV Surgery Managing Physician team, Service Line leadership, and hospital administration to continue delivering outstanding care.

Qualifications:

• Board certification or eligibility in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine or Pediatric Cardiology.
• Fellowship training in Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care.
