- Features a 300-bed Level I Pediatric Trauma Center and a state-of-the-art outpatient care building

- Serves through 70+ providers across 19 locations in Kentucky and Southern Indiana
- Includes 20+ multidisciplinary clinics and research opportunities via Norton Children's Research Institute, affiliated with UofL School of Medicine
Key Responsibilities
- Advance the pediatric cardiology program through strategic growth in clinical, educational, and research domains
- Build and mentor a dynamic team of over 40 cardiology providers, expanding team capacity to meet clinical needs
- As Co-Director, foster strong collaborative relationships with Cardiac Surgery, Cardiac ICU, and Cardiac Anesthesiology divisions
- Enhance the institute's national and international reputation to achieve regional and national recognition
