You will act as an internal consultant, applying best practices and guiding performance improvement projects identified through data trends and analysis. The role leads assigned Patient Experience processes and initiatives and oversees patient and family engagement within service lines, partnering with clinical and support teams to elevate care

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two (2) years relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Patient Experience initiatives and act as internal consultant for best practices.
• Engage patients and families within service lines; drive performance improvement via data analysis.
