Job summary

UCSF Division of Cardiology, Department of Pediatrics, is recruiting a general pediatric cardiologist at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor rank in Clinical X or HS Clinical series. The role includes outpatient and inpatient pediatric cardiology care across UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals in Oakland, San Francisco, and East Bay locations.

Qualifications

• MD, DO, or equivalent degree.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in California.
• Board certification or board eligible in Pediatric Cardiology.
• Demonstrated commitment to excellence in clinical care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary clinical and academic teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric cardiology care across UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals' East Bay and Central Valley locations.
• Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and longitudinally manage infants, children, and adolescents with congenital and acquired cardiovascular conditions.
• Collaborate with pediatric cardiologists, primary care providers, and other colleagues to deliver coordinated cardiovascular care.
• Contribute to teaching and mentorship of medical students, residents, fellows, and other learners; pursue scholarly activity.

Education
