Qualifications

• MD/DO or MD/PhD degree.
• Fellowship in Noninvasive Imaging or Advanced Cardiac Imaging preferred or equivalent clinical experience.
• Board certification in General Pediatrics with subspecialty in Pediatric Cardiology (or eligible).
• Licensed by the Texas Medical Board (or eligible).
• 3–5 years of related experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Interest in program development, quality improvement, or research preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in inpatient and outpatient settings, including echocardiography service.
• Perform and interpret advanced noninvasive imaging studies (e.g., TTE, TEE, fetal/cross-sectional imaging as trained).
• Participate in general pediatric cardiology inpatient consult service and outpatient clinic, including call coverage.
• Provide direct clinical supervision and teaching of medical students, residents, fellows, and other trainees.
• Engage in scholarly activity, quality improvement, and clinical research within the division.
