Job summary

The Dell Medical School at UT Austin is seeking a full-time pediatric cardiologist with advanced imaging fellowship to support the Texas Center for Pediatric and Congenital Heart Disease. The role blends patient care with education and research, located in central Austin.

The candidate will lead imaging services (Cardiac MRI and Cardiac CT), supervise providers, and work with Radiology and UT Health Austin on program goals.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/eligible in Pediatric Cardiology and eligible for Texas medical license.
• Advanced fellowship training in Cardiac MRI, Cardiac CT and related imaging modalities.
• Experience at high-volume centers with demonstrated ability in advanced imaging.
• Experience or education in medical administration; clinical research encouraged.
• Eligible for faculty appointment at UT Austin.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient clinic, inpatient consultation, supervision of APPs, and hospital service in pediatric cardiology imaging.
• Develop and grow imaging programs and ensure safety, quality and access.
• Collaborate with Radiology and UT Austin departments on program goals.
