Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatric Cardiology (ABP) or a current senior resident or fellow (PGY-2 or above).
• 2+ years of postgraduate clinical training; attendings and senior trainees welcome.
• Citizenship: Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to provide concise, technical feedback on complex clinical cases.

Overview

Labela is seeking U.S.-based Pediatric Cardiologists at every career stage, from board-certified attendings and fellows to senior residents (PGY-2 and above), for high-level clinical consulting. You will serve as a subject matter expert to validate, refine, and audit the clinical reasoning of frontier AI models. This is a flexible, remote role designed to let clinicians influence the safety and accuracy of medical AI at scale.

Key Responsibilities
