Position Summary:

The Department of Pediatrics at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine is recruiting for an open rank fixed term, variable track, or tenure/tenure track clinical faculty position for the Division of Pediatric Cardiology. We are seeking a faculty member to join our growing Division to primarily focus on outpatient pediatric cardiology in the expansion of our outreach services. The ideal candidate should also be skilled and interested in the practice of ambulatory pediatric cardiology as well as participate in fetal echocardiography and counseling. This position will have the opportunity for community outreach, fetal cardiology, and enhancing satellite clinics while having ties with a strong Division and academic center. The faculty member will be involved in the education of learners at many levels. Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Cardiology

Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience:

Preferred candidates should be skilled and interested in the practice of ambulatory pediatric cardiology as well as have the ability to perform fetal echocardiography and counseling.
