Job summary

Akron Children’s Hospital is looking for a Pediatric Cardiologist to join their established Heart Center team in Akron, Ohio. This role involves providing comprehensive cardiac care to a large patient population, focusing particularly on fetal imaging and trans-esophageal echocardiography. The ideal candidate will be board eligible/certified and eligible for medical licensure in Ohio. Qualifications

• Board eligibility/certification in Pediatric Cardiology is required.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Ohio is mandatory.
• Experience in fetal imaging and TEE is preferred.

The successful candidate will join a well-established group, expanding the services of the Heart Center team. Our team includes 16 pediatric cardiologists, 7 advanced practice providers and 2 cardiothoracic surgeons who provide a complete spectrum of coordinated, compassionate cardiac care to over 10,000 patients annually. Services include advanced diagnostics, complex surgical procedures, an adult congenital heart disease program, a fetal imaging program and a cardiac MRI program. The ideal candidate to add to this robust team will have experience in fetal imaging and trans‑esophageal echocardiography (TEE).
