Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is seeking a registered nurse (RN) for the Pediatric Cardiovascular Surgical and Transplant ICU. You will coordinate nursing care, educate patients and families, and support transitions of care in a state‑of‑the‑art 11‑bed unit.

The role requires an RN license, BLS certification, and ability to work flexible hours including days/nights. Cross‑training to the Pediatric ICU and potential hybrid shifts are available; successful candidates will join an elite, family‑centered

Qualifications

• RN license by state requirements and BLS certification.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care and direct patient care.
• Provide patient/family education and transitions of care.
• Cross-train to Pediatric ICU; may have hybrid shifts.
• Support care in the Pediatric CV Surgical and Transplant ICU.
