AdventHealth for Children is seeking an experienced surgeon and leader in Pediatric Cardiac Surgery and Congenital Heart Surgery to join our program in Orlando. The successful candidate will provide pediatric cardiac surgery at AdventHealth for Children in Orlando.

Position Requirements:

• Diplomate of the American Board of Thoracic Surgery (or equivalent).
• Preferably certified with the Congenital Heart Surgery Certificate of the American Board of Thoracic Surgery (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 8 years of post-fellowship experience.
• Proven success as an independent pediatric cardiac surgeon, including complex neonatal and adult congenital heart surgeries.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Team-oriented with participation in multidisciplinary rounds.
• Interest in multisite program development and regional care delivery under Johns Hopkins.
• Academic productivity at the associate professor level or equivalent.
