Oklahoma Children's Hospital is seeking an Experienced RN for Pediatric Cardiac Stepdown nights. The RN I works under supervision to provide quality care, document patient responses, and assist physicians in exams and procedures.

The role emphasizes aligning with OU Health values and maintaining professional licensure. Minimum qualifications include an RN license (OK board or eNLC), 0–3 years of RN experience, and an Associate's or Bachelor's in Nursing, plus BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Experience: 0-3 years of patient care as an RN.
• RN license in OK or multi-state compact (eNLC).
• BLS certification required upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Align behaviors with OU Health values and nursing standards.
• Assume responsibility for an assigned patient or group of patients.
• Document patient responses and changes in physician orders.
• Assist physicians in exams and minor procedures.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor effects.
• Initiate and monitor IV infusions and blood products.
• Deliver safe, competent patient care and address complaints promptly.
