Qualifications

• 5 years of related clinical experience
• 1 year of experience in pediatric imaging
• Registered in Pediatric Cardiac Echocardiography by ARDMS or CCI
• BLS certification within 30 days of employment

Responsibilities

• Supervises Cardiac Sonographers and Sr. Cardiac Sonographers.
• Achieves administrative outcomes through teamwork and mentorship.
• Participates in department goal development and achievement.
• Advices on staff concerns and service recovery.
• Implements system and unit changes as directed.
• Collaborates with imaging research core and QA Manager.
• Coaches staff in clinical decision making.
• Evaluates education processes within unit and system.
• Supports accreditation readiness with Joint Commission and other bodies.
