Qualifications

• 5 years of related clinical experience.
• 1 year of experience in pediatric imaging.
• ARDMS or CCI certification in Pediatric Cardiac Echocardiography or equivalent.
• BLS certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Cardiac Sonographers and Sr. Cardiac Sonographers.
• Supports achievement of department goals through teamwork and mentorship.
• Ensures accreditation readiness for Joint Commission and Inter-societal Commission.
• Maintains patient safety and quality controls; improves staff development.
• Coordinates with unit leadership on staff training and workflow.
