Ochsner Health in Louisiana is seeking an advanced practice provider (APRN/PA) to deliver hospital-based patient care. The role supports residents, fellows, attendings, and staff in trauma, medicine, and discharge planning on a hospital medicine service.

The position requires NP/PA licensure in the practice state, a Master’s degree for APRN or PA training for the other track, and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and on-call shifts.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Nursing required for APRN track.
• Bachelor's degree in Physician Assistant or Health Sciences (or PA program) required for PA track.
• Current APRN or PA license in the state of practice with prescriptive authority eligibility.

• Utilizes the approved medical practices process in the delivery of all patient care.
• Provides care based on physical, psycho/social, educational, safety and related criteria for patients.
