Qualifications

• Current Connecticut Pharmacist License, or eligible for pharmacist licensure in the state of Connecticut.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and promote CHAMP behaviors.
• Conduct timely, accurate medication order review.
• Demonstrate competency in pharmacy automation and technology.
• Adhere to all departmental policies and guidelines.
• Provide education and training to pharmacy staff and students.
• Contribute to departmental cost-reduction and revenue generation.
