Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of a cardiac ultrasound program preferred.
• Experienced as an echocardiographer preferred.
• 1 year of pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex diagnostic ultrasound under physician supervision for diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disease.
• Ultrasound procedures include transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography on neonatal, pediatric and adult patients.
• Work settings include inpatient, outpatient, and outreach clinics; on-call nights, weekends and holidays.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

Graduate of a cardiac ultrasound program

Experienced echocardiographer

1 year pediatric experience
