The Division of Pediatric Blood and Marrow Transplantation & Cellular Therapy (BMT/CT) at the University of Minnesota Medical School is seeking an academic pediatric blood and marrow transplantation and cellular therapy physician. The position is an academic track role focused on clinical care and novel cell therapies for leukemias and solid tumors, at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor.
The ideal candidate will have extensive translational research experience and clinical expertise in treatment and research related to blood and marrow transplantation & cellular therapy for patients with leukemia and solid tumors, as well as independently obtained research funding. This role involves developing our BMT/CT Program's basic/translational research and participating in inpatient and outpatient clinical care at the University of Minnesota Masonic Children's Hospital.

The BMT/CT Program at the University of Minnesota has been a leader since performing the world's first successful BMT in 1968, with over 12,000 BMTs performed. The program continues to advance in translational immunology, BMT, cellular therapy, and clinical trials.
This position is jointly employed by the University of Minnesota Physicians and the University of Minnesota. The total salary is competitive and based on AAMC benchmarks. The clinical salary ranges from $174,000 to $273,000, depending on experience. Additional academic compensation depends on effort.
