Qualifications

• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in statistical software such as R, SAS, and advanced models.
• Experience designing data collection protocols and managing datasets for analysis.
• Experience mentoring students, trainees, or junior team members in statistical methods.
• Understanding of health data privacy landscapes and IRB requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to develop reproducible research workflows with version control.

Responsibilities

• Advise researchers on study design, power, and analysis strategies.
• Oversee data collection forms, measurement protocols, and data quality.
• Perform analyses using regression, longitudinal, and mixed-effects models.
• Translate statistical findings into actionable insights for investigators.
• Lead data management pipelines and REDCap project development.
• Co-author grant proposals, manuscripts, and technical reports.
• Mentor junior researchers and contribute to capacity building.
