Job summary

Children’s Therapy Place, Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Interventionist to support our Meridian Clinic with 1:1 behavior intervention for children aged 3–21 with developmental disabilities.

You will record data, maintain notes, and communicate with families while collaborating with a Clinical Supervisor to meet individual service plans. Roles vary by qualifications, including Intervention Specialist and Intervention Professional, with an entry-level Technician path available.

Qualifications

• Needs 1,040 hours of supervised experience with individuals from birth to age 21.
• RBT training completed before start date or HI certificate eligibility.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavior intervention to clients ages 3–21 with developmental disabilities.
• Record daily data and maintain detailed notes during therapy sessions.
• Communicate with clients and families on a set caseload; provide family training when needed.
• Collaborate with Clinical Supervisor to support service plans and meet client needs.
