Children’s Therapy Place, Inc. in Caldwell, Idaho is seeking a Behavioral Interventionist to provide 1:1 behavior intervention for children and young adults aged 3–21 with developmental disabilities.

The role includes data collection, family communication, and collaboration with a Clinical Supervisor to meet individualized service plans. Positions include Intervention Specialist, Intervention Professional, and Intervention Technician with pay rates starting at $22, $29, and $19 per billable

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field or related field with relevant coursework.
• Minimum 1,040 hours of supervised experience with individuals birth to 21 with developmental/behavioral needs.
• Completion of a 40-hour RBT training prior to start date, or HI certificate eligibility.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and active auto insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 behavior intervention to clients aged 3–21.
• Record daily data and maintain detailed therapy notes.
• Maintain open communication with clients and families and coordinate with clinical supervisor.
• Support behavioral plans across multiple settings: home, school, community; transport clients as needed.
