Children’s Therapy Place, Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Interventionist in Salmon, Idaho. The BI role includes multiple levels (Intervention Specialist, Intervention Professional).

A provisional Intervention Technician role is available for those pursuing IS qualifications. Responsibilities include 1:1 behavior intervention for ages 3–21, data recording, family training, and collaboration with a Clinical Supervisor to support service plans.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Service Field is required.
• 1,040 hours of supervised experience with individuals from birth to age 21.
• Completion of a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training prior to start date, or HI certificate.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and active car insurance.

Aufgaben

• Provide 1:1 behavior intervention to clients aged 3–21 with developmental disabilities.
• Record daily data and maintain detailed notes during therapy sessions.
• Maintain open communication with clients and families on a set caseload; provide family training.
• Collaborate with Clinical Supervisor to support service plans and meet client needs.
• Support behavioral plans across community, school, and home settings; transport clients when needed.

Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Service Field

Master’s Degree in Education, Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
