Job summary

Qualifications

• Staff must maintain current crisis management and CPR certifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and actively engage with assigned children during shift.
• Document objective observations and update the Kardex/medical records in a timely manner.
• Assist with activities of daily living and supervision of children; participate in milieu care planning.
• Lead and participate in group activities, treatment teams, and crisis debriefings as assigned.
