Job summary

Spectrum Health's Helen DeVos Children's Hospital in Grand Rapids seeks an experienced RN for the Pediatric Care Unit Behavioral Health on the 11th floor. This part-time night position (7pm–7:30am) offers 24 weekly hours in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team delivering medical and psychiatric care.

You will provide nursing care using the nursing process, partner with families, and support education and discharge planning with psychiatrists, pediatricians, social work, and behavioral health

Qualifications

Associates in Nursing required.
Bachelor's in Nursing required within 5 years.
MI Registered Nurse (RN) required.
BLS (AHA/ARC) required within 90 days.

Responsibilities

Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process.
Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team to support medical and psychiatric needs.
Educate patients and families and participate in discharge planning.
